Furnished in a homey style, the comfort of the accommodations makes you want to stay inside, gaze at the fireplace and Mont Blanc, or go on sports or cultural excursions. The view of Mont Blanc and the panorama are breathtaking. The large terrace welcomes you for a 180-degree dining experience.
In the summer, right outside the chalet, there are plenty of walks, hikes, and mountain biking trails available to you.
The private heated pool (26°) awaits you at the foot of the apartment (June 15–September 15). Two new, free tennis courts are available 100 meters away.
150 meters from the SKI LIFT DEPARTURE POINT and the ski lifts; the return trip is on skis, depending on snow conditions. Ideal for skiing without crowds (from the Rossets chairlift).
A free shuttle bus service, departing right in front of the chalet, takes you in 3 minutes to the station’s ESF center and the cable cars to Mont d’Arbois.
Supermarket (SHERPA) and ski shop (TWINNER) 100 meters away (where they can keep your rental gear dry).
Hot springs in St-Gervais-le-Fayet.
The Mont Blanc Train (TMB) is accessible from St. Gervais or Le Fayet. Desserts at Les Houches and “Le Nid d’Aigle.”

Spacious entryway. Storage space for all shoes.
Large living room with a fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom, bedroom. Large closet and plenty of storage space.
Beds: 160-cm sofa bed in the living room (with a view of the fireplace!), 140-cm sofa bed in the bedroom, and two bunk beds. Very comfortable. Duvets, pillows, and blankets are provided.
Flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, stereo (iPhone and Android compatible). Board games. Library and DVDs available.
Dishwasher and washing machine.
Sheets and towels available for rent during your stay (check with the Concierge).
Solid oak hardwood floors in the living room, carpet in the bedroom.
Please remove your shoes to protect the flooring.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'appartement qui est très bien entretenu, bien agencé et très agréable à vivre. Stéphane, le propriétaire, est très disponible et prévenant. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Rdv l'année prochaine (avec les pistes de ski !).

Très bonne situation pour cet appartement, près des pistes, vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc. Équipement très fonctionnel. Idéal en famille.
