Horror Film Experience
The only thing I liked about the stay was its location.
We had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this stay.
First, the location was pinned incorrectly—around 15 km away from the actual property. The official contact number was switched off, and despite sending numerous messages, we received no response. We were a family of six, including two newborn babies, and we ended up travelling around 30 km for nearly two hours trying to find the location.
Finally, at around 6:00 PM, the host noticed our messages and casually called us from a different number. After we explained the situation, he came to the location where we were waiting, which was approximately 8 km away from the actual stay.
When we finally reached the property, we were shocked to discover that it was actually located in a residential area. The host then told us to use a corner room because the crying sounds of our newborn babies might disturb the permanent residents. Unfortunately, even the fan in that corner room was not functioning properly. This was extremely uncomfortable and unreasonable, especially for a family travelling with two newborns.
We were also told not to allow our children to walk or move around the passage because it might disturb the residents. Since we were travelling with two newborns and there were no other stays available at that time, we had no choice but to adjust to the situation.
The checkout experience was also very uncomfortable. Our official checkout time was 1:00 PM, but the host started repeatedly asking us from 11:00 AM when we were going to leave. Because of this constant pressure and disturbance, we eventually left the property at 12:13 PM, well before our scheduled checkout time.
There were also very basic facilities missing. There was no facility to purchase drinking water, and even drinking water was not properly provided. The toiletries provided appeared to be previously used.
Overall, this was a horrible and stressful experience, especially for a family travelling with two newborns.
