The location was great, very close to all the facilities amd city center.
The towel and the sheets were cleaned but very badly, there were really smelly.
Also it wasn’t cleared what apartment we have booked and based on the pictures i was looking for another property. At least from the pictures.

Very accessible from the train station, you can walk to the apartment. Very central, just a few blocks from the piazza maggiore and main attractions. You can also visit surrounding towns. We visited Ravenna.
Lucia is very responsive and flexible.
We were three people, it could be a bit tight.

The location was excellent and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Having a washing machine with washing tablets and coffee machine with pods were highlights. Very spacious room and plenty of storage.
The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, no wine glasses, washing detergent. We had to unblock the bathroom vanity and turn hot water on when we arrived. The AC units were noisy.
