We had a fantastic stay at Eden Beach Khao Lak. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet bay, with a lovely swimming pool practically right on the beach. The surroundings are stunning, with lush tropical greenery and beautifully maintained grounds.
Our room was comfortable and in good condition, and cleanliness was excellent throughout the resort, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice.
Of course, this may not be a true 5-star luxury resort, but it is a very solid 4-star hotel that delivers excellent value for money. A beautiful location, a relaxing atmosphere and everything you need for a great beach holiday.

Nice location with lovely long beach. Great breakfast and massage. Happy hour was much appreciated and the massage was also great. Rooms very clean, comfortable and large. Lots of great places to eat nearby and easy to book trips to the nearby areas.
Could do with a few more sunbeds. It would have been nice if the beach side bar/restaurant had some music.

Breakfast was okay/decent.
The maintenance team eventually fixed our shower.
Billing Issues: Despite our booking showing breakfast included for 4 people, we were charged extra for the kids' meals.
We were told we received an "upgrade," but the room felt dated and standard. If this was an upgrade, I am concerned about the quality of the original rooms.
Our room was at the end of a corridor near active construction. It felt stuffy with very poor ventilation.
Bathroom was extremely claustrophobic. The shower was broken upon arrival and required three separate calls to front desk before it was finally repaired.
