Great location

Having the bedroom upstairs was a bonus and a downstairs toilet. Location was good a pleasant stroll in to the city. Lots of restaurants nearby including an excellent fish and chip shop!

Not a fault of the property but right opposite there is some building work being done on a local shop but didn't bother us too much.

One month stay in the studio apartment

The location was very good and central.

The bin storage was under the property which made it smell when entering through the main gate. Ventilation could have been better, it felt a little stuffy and was too hot during the hotter days.

Could be lovely flat but cleaning and management slovenly

The apartment is well situated in Mill Road.

The company did not proactively inform me that the original apartment I had booked long in advance was not available. I only found out by chance two days before when enquiring about leaving luggage. They offered me alternative accommodation in Mill Road and my comments relate to that. No chopping board and insufficient loo paper No bread bin or oil More cutlery needed Not clean with dirty finger marks on walls and doors. Yard not swept Scuff marks on walls Wardrobe doors and shelving Freezer needed defrosting Rear French Window would not lock meaning flat insecure. Wardrobe doors faulty
