The apartment was very clean, great location, very quiet and relaxing weekend break.
The agent was late meeting us with the key, I phoned as requested, we waited round 15 minutes. Also could be helpful to know where you can park before your arrival date.

Location is ideal. Staff are welcoming and obliging. Quick to respond to queries. Bus to Heathrow stops at the front door.
I didn’t realise it would be such a climb up to third floor. Should have checked more carefully.

Perfect location. 5 minute walk from the train station, across the road from the castle and 4-5 miles from Legoland.
Hallway and apartment didn’t smell nice, we had the windows open the whole time to air the place out. In need of upgrading, beds not comfortable, pillows thin and not enough. We didn’t use the dishwasher as it wasn’t draining and had a pool of dirty water in it. Internal doors dirty, needed wiping down. Very basic accommodation.
