About this villa rental
In the Rei Marina area of Costa Rei, I am offering a semi-detached house with panoramic views, nestled among typical Mediterranean scrub (mastic, myrtle, juniper) in a peaceful setting. Just 400 m away (a 10- to 8-minute walk) is Piscina Rei Beach, a 9-kilometer-long stretch of coastline featuring fine white sand and a turquoise, crystal-clear sea. It’s 200 m from Rei Marina Square, which offers a variety of amenities, including a newsstand, supermarket, bar, restaurant, and pizzeria, as well as a pharmacy, rotisserie, pastry shop, beauty salon, various shops, and an ATM. Just 200 m away, twice a week (Thursdays and Saturdays), you can also visit a charming local market selling traditional Sardinian products and much more. The house features: 4 beds, 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds (which can be converted into a double)—both with mosquito nets, one bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a wooden loft accessible via a wooden ladder, a veranda, and a panoramic garden furnished with lounge chairs for relaxation. The private garden is on two levels and features a green lawn, a stone barbecue, 2 outdoor showers, and an outdoor sink. The house has a reserved parking space in front of the house, a water reservoir, a washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning, and satellite TV. A travel crib and a child safety seat are available. Nearby, at the Rei swimming pool, you’ll find ancient archaeological sites (menhirs). You can reach the beautiful beaches of Villassimius in just 15 minutes by car.

We had a great time staying in Costa Rei. The house was basic, clean and functional and suited our needs for a good 'base'. The owner, Elena, was very friendly and welcoming and provided us with some great local information.

We spent a wonderful time in the Villa and at the beach with a perfect sea.
Everything was as described.
The villa is located in a very nice and quite area, is equipped with everything you need, has a great covered terrace and a beautiful garden.
There is no car needed for going to the restaurant, supermarket and - very important for us - to the sea!
We will come back again for sure!!!

This villa was everything (and more) that we have hoped for. I travelled with my boyfriend and arrived with a rental car at the villa where Elena greeted us very nicely and showed us around the house and told us the important things to know about house and region. She was very kind, the whole Email conversation beforehand was quite pleasant and we even got a little welcome present. Also she told us to contacted her during our stay in case we would have needed her help. On our last day she contacted us again to ask if everything was ok. Perfect Hospitality!
The villa containes everything that is needed. There's room enough for up to 8 people to sleep but I wouldn't recommend more than 6, it could get very crowded. The only thing I would wish for the next time would be some toilet paper for the first day, other than that everything was there. It was absolutely clean and we immediately felt comfortable especially since it's decorated very lightly and nicely.
The appartment is located up the hill in a very nice spot surrounded by trees and hedges which makes the villa nicely hidden and you have tons of privacy and a big well-kept garden.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (maybe with little kids, the distance is too long but you can always go by car and park close to the beach, no problem there). The beach is absolutely amazing. It' very long and wide so that even on a crowded day you can find a quiet spot and lots of space to play in the sand. The turquoise ocean is beautiful and the waves are perfect to swim in and play games. We were her at the end of September and the temperature of the water was perfect, I'd say about 25° C.
I would recommend this villa to all my friends and will gladly return in the future.
If you have time, go to the next bigger town, Villasimius, which is a good 15 minutes drive from Costa Rei. Nice town with some shops and restaurants. There's a supermarket (Conad) where the food is cheaper than in the Supermarkets in Costa Rei.
