About this apartment rental
Apartment on the first floor of the house that houses the Air Limni B&B, living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 people, bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a terrace. Fully furnished and equipped. The entrance. A table and chairs on the terrace for outdoor dining.
Just 50 meters from the lakefront, the house is located in a quiet spot on the Brescia-Paratico bike path, convenient for getting around the area to visit Franciacorta, the lake, and the nearby towns of Brescia, as well as for exploring on foot or by bike.
Guests have access to tourist information.
Minimum stay of 3 nights. Linens available upon request.
Services and surroundings: The house is within walking distance of a picturesque lake promenade that was recently renovated, allowing you to walk all the way to Sarnico, the town on the opposite shore of the lake. Along the way, you’ll pass through the beautiful Barche Park, which opened in 2010 and features a wide variety of plant species.
A beautiful floating beach is just a few steps away!
Just a few meters from the house, there’s a bakery selling food, a café, a tobacco shop, a pastry shop, two ice cream bars right on the lake, one restaurant-pizzeria, a wine bar, and a pizzeria. The nearest supermarket is about 300 meters away. About 1 km away, there is a beautiful playground for children, located in the most picturesque part of the town. Nearby, you’ll find a shopping center, a pharmacy, a post office, and a spa with a relaxation area, massages, and treatments. Many other restaurants and pizzerias are just 2–3 km away.
Free use of the pool: our guests are offered free admission from Monday through Friday (with use of sun loungers while supplies last) to the Origami Clusane pool and garden on Lake Iseo, about 1.5 kilometers from the house, with the only requirement being that you order a drink at the bar. On weekends and holidays, there’s a 50% discount on the admission price.
