Excellent hospitable staff. Very warm & accomodating. Brilliant service from Trung!
Everything was ok

The hotel is beautiful. Well maintained and centrally located - everything is about a 10 minute walk away. The staff were so helpful and kind with their time. The food at breakfast was also delicious and the pool was usually quiet and relaxing.

This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful, classic theme and a wonderful staff. The whole place feels rooted in history and gives a beautiful nostalgic glimpse into a world which has been replaced by plastic and laminate. The furniture in my room was built from massive, heavy wood, with beautiful ornaments. The chandelier in the lobby is breathtaking. A wonderful hotel in the center of Saigon - near the Palace and /the museum/.
Shower drain was a little clogged but the staff had this problem resolved immediately.

The hotel was clean and quite big for Vietnam. The room was nice and I had a free upgrade. Bed was comfy.
The room was quite loud and the staff weren't very accommodating
