Our room was very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. It also had a lovely patio area to sit in the evenings. The pool and surrounding areas were very nice and in the evenings several lamps came on which had a relaxing ambience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was serviced daily despite us not needing it. There are also a few animals that live on the property including a particularly lovely cat who sat with us every day. The bathroom/getting ready area was very nice, and shower pressure and hot water was good. There was a power cut for two evenings but the property has a backup generator so it wasn't a problem for us.
The mattress was quite hard but it didn't affect our sheep much

• Friendly staff
• a lot of space and room amenities
• very good value for money
• Water failed once, so we couldn’t shower
• Supposadely we had a cabana with a private garden, but we saw multiple people passing and would occasionally look into our room
• When it rained a lot, the path into our room would get very muddy

A really beautiful hotel in a great location! We were very happy with our stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful
There could be a better variety for breakfast options.
