Great first stop in Hanoi right in the center of the Old Quarter. Great staff. Overall straight forward, basic accommodation, great location if you want to get a full experience in the Old Quarter without being in a Hostel.
Honestly it was exactly what I knew I was booking. Nothing too fancy.

Even though it’s extremely busy right in the lovely area the rooms are surprisingly very quiet at night. So the location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere. Jackson (the hotel manager) is very helpful, can book your entire trip for Vietnam (booked my Ha Giang Loop - private room and transfers, food and full 4 day tour included for a reasonable price). Any questions (I did send lots) on WhatsApp he was always very quick to respond with all the information I needed. He was kind enough to get me reservations at a couple Michelin hot spots too.

We loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole place had a very welcoming atmosphere.
