Jamas volveria, no lo alquilen

Nada agradable, barrio inseguro, no tiene elevador, son 3 pisos por escalera angosta. Las personas que te reciben son agresivas. No tiene patio es un balcón muy chico.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante y, por el precio que pagamos, consideramos que la propiedad no cumplió con lo ofrecido. Desde nuestra llegada tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente media hora para que nos abrieran la puerta, porque el sistema de acceso no funcionaba. Al entrar descubrimos que no había ascensor, algo que no estaba indicado en la descripción de la propiedad. Tuvimos que subir tres pisos por una escalera muy angosta, algo especialmente incómodo viajando con una familia de cinco personas, incluyendo tres adolescentes. Además, la persona de mantenimiento que nos recibió tuvo un trato muy desagradable. En varias ocasiones nos dijo que, si no nos gustaba el departamento, podíamos irnos a otro lado. Posteriormente, al pedirle a Beatriz, nuestro contacto por WhatsApp, que nos llamara para solucionar los problemas, se negó y nos respondió que el departamento “era lo que era” y que, si no nos gustaba, podíamos irnos. Pagamos 1.600 € por 7 días para cinco personas, pero el alojamiento no estaba preparado adecuadamente para cinco. Había solamente tres camas preparadas. Las camas para los tres menores no estaban listas. El sofá cama mide aproximadamente 1,20 m de ancho, por lo que no pueden dormir cómodamente dos personas, y además no tiene un colchón adecuado: es prácticamente una tabla. Tampoco dejaron sábanas; solamente había una funda de edredón. La cama supletoria también estaba en malas condiciones: la funda del colchón estaba sucia, con tierra, y cuando intentamos abrirla, la cama no corría correctamente. La habitación era tan pequeña que, al abrirla, prácticamente se bloqueaba el acceso al pequeño balcón. En ese balcón habían dejado un balde y un trapo de limpieza, ya que nos indicaron que ellos no iban a realizar la limpieza. También preguntamos por el recambio de toallas y sábanas y nos dijeron que no había, a pesar de que para una estadía de siete noches esperábamos el correspondiente recambio después de cuatro noches.

A lovely little gem near the beach!!

This flat is in a perfect spot for beach lovers! Only a short walk to the beach and close to the main street in Cabañyal! Supermarkets are close by too, including one open on Sundays! Nice and spacious, I didn't use the smaller room but the larger room was good. I have barely any faults and would stay here again!!

I would suggest having more than one set of bedding for the larger room, it was very difficult to dry clothes during the winter so would need more heated facilities for clothes perhaps? As the apartment gets quite cold ( which is common for Spanish properties) I would also suggest adding more storage space for clothes for longer stays. :) and a lamp in the living room area would be good too as I prefer not to use the main lights sometimes x
