Propane tank was empty and there is no way to refill except take it to the office when it opened the next day. Not too bad except the electricity was off and that was our plan for cooking.

Location was amazing. 10 min from Red River, NM. The other properties were not so close to each other. Private driveway. Patio with picnic tables. 2 gas grills. Fire pit location. Walking distance to see Red River. Sounds of the water so soothing. 5 bedroom 3 bath. 3 queen bedrooms downstairs. One of the rooms private bath and washer and dryer. Another shared bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs 1 queen bedroom and other bedroom had 2 sets of bunk beds. Shared bathroom with bathtub. Heater in bathroom were comforting. Toiletries were provided. Shampoo. Condition. Lotion. They even had blow dryer, make up remover wipes and dark colored face towels. Plenty of bath towels and hand towels. Kitchen had all amenities you could think of. Crock pot. Blenders. Keurig. Keurig pods. Fully equipped. Microwave. Dishwasher. Fridge and freezer great size and clean. Oversee the living room and dining room downstairs. The view from upstairs had a loft you could with card table and another small sitting area. Dining area able to sit 10 guests. Living room had recliners attached. Streaming included. Wifi included. nice to get back to property and be able to take hot showers. Gray communication with reservations unlimited staff. Via phone but mainly via messaging. We went with friends and each couple had their own room for privacy. And we were also able to engage with one another with half hanging out in the living room and some in the kitchen / dining area. Code access to property. Tall windows with pull down shades for optional privacy in the evening. I would definitely reserve this property again.

warming anything up in the microwave has some challenges. Sometimes 1 minute would be hot enough. Other times we have to add additional minutes. There was a propane tank available but We were disappointed that it was empty and they did not bring a new one or give us the opportunity to pick one up from the office. We were anticipating to grill our steaks and had to cook them via stove and oven.

The beds are so hard they are like sleeping on the dloor

We loved all the room and the ladies at the registration office were very nice.

We felt it could of been a little cleaner, the counters and floors were dirty.
