Staff. Building. Pools. Beach. Spa. All first rate. The best hotel
Bed. Needed replacing. We were on 5th floor and a lot of work going on in rooms opposite.

Close to lobby, amazing quality and service and beautiful setting. Best I have ever had.

The afternoon tea lounge was wonderful and the only memorable experience of this stay.
Our room was directly overlooking the rooftop of the next door building offering an unpleasant view. After speaking to the manager, we were moved to a more suitable room. Breakfast was disorganized - wait times to have your order taken were long.
