A beautifully presented and character filled three bedroom terraced Victorian mews house located just moments away from Kensington High Street. Spread over three floors, the house is finished to a very high standard and comprises, on the ground floor, a twin/double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and elegant fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower, guest cloakroom and storage space. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with large walk in wardrobe, second double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, modern bathroom and extra storage space. The stairs leading to the second floor land directly into a spacious and exquisitely decorated reception room with dedicated dining area, gas fireplace and wooden floors throughout and separate fully fitted kitchen with Smeg appliances and Miele dishwasher and washing machine.
Phillimore Walk is a quiet residential street located on the Phillimore Estate which is just few minutes walk to Kensington High Street with its many excellent shops, restaurants and transport facilities. Kensington Gardens and Holland Park are also within easy walking distance. The nearest underground station is High Street Kensington (District and Circle lines).

off the high street by one block yet felt secluded and not so frenetic. only a few blocks to underground, too. Very nice accomodation all around.

We stayed in this unit with our 2 teens for a week in November over USA Thanksgiving. This unit is a 5 min easy walk to High St tube which we used daily. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. It is a perfect, safe, quiet location. Check in was super easy and the host even allowed us to check in early after we arrived at the airport which was so helpful. We loved the large bathtubs and big bathrooms. We used the laundry machine which was tricky because there were no instructions. It is also very small (compared to US washers!) so don’t plan on doing lots of loads. There are lots of narrow stairs so keep that in mind if stairs are difficult for you. The whole place could use new carpet and a fresh coat of paint, but besides that we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.
