The staff are excellent—Trang and Nhi at the front desk were wonderful; they gave me a coconut upon check-in and some dried mango treats when I checked out. The room was clean and spacious, with a partial sea view, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I checked out quite late, but it wasn't an issue at all. I didn't manage to make it to breakfast—I overslept! In short, 10/10.

We booked the family room which was spacious and convenient when travelling with children. The location was good and within easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Lots of choices for breakfast.
Paid for sea view and balcony although it was only a partial sea view and the balcony led to a wall so view was disappointing. But this did not impact our stay.

Staff were the best staff we've come across. The doormen, reception, restaurant staff... all entusiastic and helped with everything. Room was good. Location good too, only a few minutes to beach and plenty of shops nearby. Would stay again
