Terrible service beautiful apartment from spring to summer
The apartment
Service was abysmal and rude.
Got laughing faces as to the heating being off sent via text.
Keys in location at the back of building not explained in a simple manner.
Bedding wasn't fresh just steamed
I had no control of the thermostat which was inaccessible outside the flat.
This switched the heating off at 10pm until 8:30am during winter at minus temperatures this is unacceptable and could be dangerous to an older person one night it was minus 2 inside I slept in my coat and hat.
Summer quilt no extra blankets or fan heater
Stone building with drafty windows the radiators sit in the recess I stayed for 10 nights during a stressful personal time.
Landlords aware I am staying due to my father being in hospital.
Promised some compensation or new accommodation then informed me I hadn't complained in time.
I was by my dad's bedside for two nights and first two nights I thought the building just needed to heat up, had washing to do and couldn't understand why things were not drying at night.
Their English is as poor as my French waited for my dad's friend to help me with translation due to the incredibly bad weather they were delayed due to living in sancere.
Didn't really sleep for a week.
Offered to squash a cleaning fee (means nothing as the cleaner already paid for and coming once I leave, extention should be just that regardless) if I extended my stay ( due to my father's condition I didn't want to relocate as he is critical condition.)
This was explained repeatedly by me and a French friend of my dad's whom they assured they would send blankets get the heating fixed etc move me if they couldn't and compensate me.
Then when heating not repaired
Refused to send extra blankets.
Switched the heating on, on my penultimate night and when I didn't extend my stay switched it back off.
After trying to charge me 500€ deposit
