I like everything and everyone's there more special the staff was so friendly and their service was good
The most thing is we didn't know that we were supposed to made a request for breakfast..but when we get the they just go extra miles for us and serve us a nice breakfast . ... Compliment to the chef and the old guy there 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Wat I don't like is that ... there's no enough facilities to ourselves busy throughout the day

Ambience scenery and friendly people
Breakfast has to be pre-ordered

The venue was out of this world, a place to remember. Very clean rooms. Location was easy to access The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
The time we have spent there was too short and we will definitely visit the place every time we visit Newcastle. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
