This is called 'suites' (which in English would indicate more than one room); here, however, it seems to indicate an 'en suite' (i.e. bathroom; which is what I would expect in any hotel). Also, the 'luxury' brand label is rhetorical, not actual (if you read what I mean) — having said that, the suites building/rooms, did have original art, crafts and was designed in a way that is 'cultural' not just commercial. It was very clean, and very helpful staff. The location is excellent. The most important element -- the quality of the mattress and bedding -- was very good. I didn't use it (its October) but the Air Con seemed very new and substantial.
An 'old own' location will come with some noise -- in my case there was also internal building noise (boilers, perhaps, I couldn't tell). As a professional business traveller, I got the impression that the other guests were not (noisy young people...oddly, though perhaps this was just an impression). My room had no desk lamp -- a big issue for me having to do 2 hours of desk work before a business meeting; but apart from the broken shower head, faulty door lock, poorly thought-out room lighting (its bright or just dim), the worse thing was the coffee: a choice of 2 sachets of mixed blend sugar and powdered milk... yuk. I couldn't even have a black coffee as I rose to work 2 hrs before breakfast (where you have to go to a cafe, as this is not a traditional hotel with facilities).

The location was definitely the best part! It was incredibly central, and everything was easily accessible. The hotel itself was also very beautiful and stylish. We stayed as three people, and the room was spacious enough and comfortable. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We could hear some party noise from outside on Saturday, but that was understandable.
The room was generally clean, and the air conditioning worked well. We also appreciated the fridge, especially because it even had a properly functioning freezer compartment, which is not something you find very often in hotels.
There were a few minor issues. The shower tiles looked a little dirty, and there was sometimes a drain smell in the bathroom. It wasn’t too disturbing, but it was noticeable. We also couldn’t figure out whether the bathroom ventilation was missing or simply not working.
The wardrobes were quite small for a room meant for three people. Although there were plenty of sockets, we felt there weren’t enough standard European-style ones.
The reception service could have been smoother, as we experienced some delays during check-in. Another thing was that we couldn’t lock our room door from the inside. We could enter using the key card, but when we tried to lock the door, the lock just turned without engaging.

Excellent central location. Good sized room, with fridge and AC. The staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and there was free water bottles and coffee/tea. The AC worked well, which was very important given that it was 38°C outside.
We stayed in room 2 and the noise from the street was really a problem. Live music until late in the evening/early morning. Bad sound isolation from the windows. Obviously this is a very central location and one cannot do much about the noise from the street. But it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom was old and the fridge had a really bad smell and the AC made some strange noises (like something was dripping). Overall, the room felt like it needed some renovation/upgrades. Nothing terribly bad but definitively not luxury.

Perfect location, all sights were walkable
Duplex suite that we booked had 2 single beds even though the description stated a double bed. And when we complained about that to the staff the only option we were offered was a downgrade without any compensation 😅🤣
Moreover the room was dusty, amenities were old and poorly cleaned.
