Pulizia e posizione.

L’Arbre is in an excellent location, easy walking distance to Turia park, central market. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is nicely equipped. communication was quick and easy.
The drapes don’t fully cover the windows so the bedroom is not dark.A toaster would have been nice and instructions for the washer. The stairwell is narrow and would be awkward with large suitcases.

Great location, excellent amenities, and a lovely apartment design. The host was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment more than three hours before the official check-in time, and we were even able to check in earlier than expected. ☺️ Thank you, and we look forward to staying here again!
The issues were negligible. There was a bit more noise from outside at night and an unpleasant smell from the drains, but both are to be expected in this location. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is fixing the toilet more securely in place, as it was a little wobbly. :)

Great location in the city. We could walk to everything
Positioned just above two pubs. Quite noisy Friday and Saturday nights. Stairs very very narrow and steep. Furniture cheap and not very comfortable. Other facilities were ok.
