location was exceptional couldnt be better

the greeting at the beginning of the stay could be better. my room was in another building and I got lost on the way there. someone shopuld have walked with me there.

things we liked about this hotel was the location was perfect and right on the beach. Most of the rooms had a nice view and the rooms were large. The staff was also very friendly.

The towels had stains and were worn and tattered/frayed. The tv was promised to have Chromecast capability but it didn't work. The shower had no shower gel in the soap pump and the shower grout and sink grout was black with mold. The bed pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and small. The continental breakfast was worse than what you would see at a 3 star hotel. For $500/night it just did not meet our expectations.
