The Lavender Villa, rated 5 stars by the Tourism Office, is a luxurious and charming 155 m² villa with 5 bedrooms that comfortably accommodates 10 people. It is available for rent only during the two summer months.
The villa faces south, with a view of the pine forest in the background, and is impossible to miss. It borders the prestigious Moliets golf course and is located 1.5 km from the vast, fine-sand beaches of Moliets and its surf spots, which are accessible via a network of bike and walking paths that crisscross the golf course.
For a comfortable and relaxing or active vacation with family or friends, Moliets offers many activities such as golf. Moliets Golf ranks among the top 10 in France; tennis is available at the International Tennis Center, which features 15 courts; surfing; cycling—with routes stretching for countless kilometers; horseback riding; ATV riding; hiking… not to mention the cuisine of southwestern France and the relative proximity to Bordeaux, Biarritz, and Spain.
Let’s head home. Outside, impossible to miss, is a landscaped garden spanning over 1,100 m² and a large teak terrace—an extension of the living and dining rooms—partially covered for dining. Shade, and the 10 x 5 pool, which is heated and secured by electric roller shutters. As for the bedrooms (beds with duvets and towels): a master suite with a 160 double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, and three additional bedrooms on the first floor with 160 double beds or 90 single beds. Two walk-in shower rooms and a restroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom on the mezzanine level with two single beds, as well as a bathroom and a restroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances: induction cooktop, oven, American-style refrigerator with ice and cold water dispenser, and dishwasher. There is also a second small refrigerator for beverages. Choose from coffee, Nespresso, Senséo, or traditional filter coffee.
