The Anchorage is in a fantastic position right in the centre of Troon with easy parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. We stayed one night on our trip north and we will definitely be back

Stopped over night before catching the boat to Arran, was a great pub, staff friendly, room decent size and comfy bed, free bottles of water, free parking (had no issues finding parking), on doorstep of ferry terminal and breakfast was amazing. I ate at a restaurant in town, there were several places to eat/drink around here all within easy walking distance. I would recommend.

Location was great - close to town. Parking for our rental car was good too. The staff are excellent. They are very helpful & nothing is too much trouble
The sloping floor in the bedroom was really uncomfortable, we weren’t allowed to open the windows & there was no ventilation or towel rails in the bathroom.
