Villa Mattia: 280 square meters

On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms with hardwood floors.
Two of them have French doors that allow you to step outside. One has a bathroom with a shower.
There are also two other bathrooms on the first floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
The kitchen is spacious and, in addition to being fully equipped with all appliances, also features a beautiful fireplace.
The living room features two comfortable leather sofas, a table, the “Stube,” and a bar area.
The “Stube” is the Tyrolean stove typically found in Alpine huts. Its natural warmth is wonderful.

The first floor is essentially a loft with a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fireplace.

All rooms are equipped with LED TVs, where you can watch digital TV.
In the living room, you can watch 3D LED and SKY satellite channels (sports, movies, TV shows, news, etc.).
The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi and ADSL internet coverage


VILLA EXTERIORS: Villa Mattia is situated in a panoramic location just a stone’s throw from Assisi.
The tranquility and privacy you experience, nestled in the heart of verdant Umbria, make the villa unique, almost fairy-tale-like. Your body—and above all, your mind—can be rejuvenated and find new vitality as you enjoy the landscapes and wonders of this beautiful region. Cooking, nature, sports, and culture will make your stay here a delightful experience.

The villa features a traditional entrance flanked by majestic cypress trees lining a beautiful avenue. The imposing gate, dating from the early 1900s, and the fully fenced-in grounds allow guests to enjoy complete privacy and relaxation. The pool (15 x 8 m), equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor stone shower, blends harmoniously into the park. So you can sunbathe or read a book in the shade of the large old walnut tree.

Two terraces with sofas and a table will delight those who love to eat and relax outdoors!

TECHNOLOGY, CLEANING, EXTRAS: Villa Mattia was designed to help guests relax, but also to keep them from getting bored.
In fact, aside from sunbathing, reading a book, and enjoying the tranquility of total relaxation, the villa is equipped with several high-tech entertainment devices, such as a PlayStation 3 and a Nintendo Wii, connected to a 40-inch LED TV and a 40-inch LCD TV.

The ADSL Wi-Fi connection is free.

Upon your arrival, the villa will, of course, be spotlessly clean, and bed linens and towels for the kitchen and bathroom will be provided.
If you would like an additional change of linens or daily cleaning, there will be a charge for the service.

Please agree with the tenants not to disturb the daily cleaning of the pool (included in the rental price) and the maintenance of the grounds (included in the rental price).

Payment is required for natural gas and firewood consumption, if necessary.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT, FOOD, AND WINE: As for the sports activities available in the area, you’ll be spoiled for choice.

TENNIS_ You can reserve a court that is accessible on foot or by bike.
HORSE-RIDING_ Not far from the villa, there is a riding school offering obstacle courses and long rides.
SOCCER_ It is possible to organize 5-a-side soccer matches.
There are many other activities in the area, such as sport fishing, water skiing, paragliding, mini-golf, beach volleyball, etc. Just ask!!
