The location was amazing. It was cozy and quiet. The staff are all so sweet, always greeting you when you come in and out. The coffee and free beverages/coffee were also a plus.
Nothing! It was great.

Conveniently next to the monorail. Very close to Tachikawa Station. Grocery store across the way.
Room had a musty smell before turning on the AC

The location is excellent for the proximity to my job site. The room is quaint, but it provides all the essentials you need to have a comfortable stay on a business trip. The staff was also very kind and professional to me.
The WiFi speed is just okay. I was not expecting to get gigabit speeds, but streaming any video was a shaky experience. Using the air-conditioner was a little challenging at first, but I figured it out eventually. You need to translate the kanji on the remote so you know what you're doing.

Hotel is in a prime location a few blocks from Tachikawa station, and the rooms were quite spacious, with a desk and lamp making it easy to work from the room if needed. The staff were also very nice and helpful.
The hotel definitely felt very dated, my room had an odd smell to it, and the carpets seemed to be old and degraded. The rooms also have small TVs, and the internet requires re-logging in every eight hours, which can be frustrating.
