About this house rental

The stated rate includes up to 4 guests. A $50.00 per night per guest fee is added for additional guests and yes, children do count as guests so please be accurate! Additional guests/visitors are NOT permitted. This is strictly enforced. Apologies for even having to state this.

This home is located on a private road in the heart of North Conway with quick easy access to all the area has to offer. Walk to restaurants and shops, attractions are just a short drive from the house. The house is very comfortable for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Nanci’s house was perfect for our stay! It was very roomy for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. We loved the porch and the couches and beds were very comfy. Easy access to settlers green and close to everything near by. Easy drive to storyland, restaurants, and activities. We hope to stay again!
