The breakfast was excellent with very pleasant staff. The unfortunate thing is the balcony faces the road. I would say normally it is a remote road but unfortunately due to major restoration of Rustaveli Avenue, this road became a main artery / road.
Noise due to traffic but I believe and hope it is temporary as Rustaveli Avenue is being upgraded.

next to seaside.
the signboard is not obviously, and all of taxi driver can not find the location. They are not good at ENGLISH,so not able to communicate about the location as well. It is so hard. AC is not working properly.
