Come stay at the beautiful and relaxing SOUTHERN SANDS 206 – a two bedroom, two bath rental right on the famous white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama.
This second-story, family-friendly condo has a stunning view from its double-sized balcony right on the beach – giving you, your family and friends your own private view of the palm trees, sand dunes and clear-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Escape the crowds and steer clear of the packed high-rises: come breathe in the fresh beach air at this charming, 3-story development.
The unit sleeps six people comfortably with one king bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa, along with two full bathrooms. It has a spacious kitchen for cooking meals and a dining area, as well as a living room with a large sofa and flat screen television. WiFi included.
Outside, you can relax at the pool, or hit the beaches (chairs and umbrellas available for rent from beach service during the summer). You won’t find a better location – a walkable area about as close as you can get to the Hangout (home to the well-known music festival) and the annual National Shrimp Festival, as well as local seafood restaurants and beach bars. Shopping at the Tanger Outlets is an easy drive down the road.
There are plenty of golf courses nearby too, as well as a zoo, waterparks and churches. This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. Parking and laundry available. Book year round. Perfect for snowbirds!

It was an amazing view of the beach. Hearing the waves was wonderful. Didn't see any dolphins, but did get to see a number of brown pelicans soar thru the air and dive bomb into the ocean. It was great!

The host is awesome and very responsive. The unit is amazing; nothing beats the view. It’s in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and steps to the beach! The building is on the smaller side for the area which is great because parking was never an issue and the pool was never overly crowded. They have carts in the parking area for luggage, groceries, etc. The laundry on site is coinless but you can download an app to pay (or website) and it will tell you how much time is left on the cycle. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

This property was an ideal location!! Views from the Living Room, Bedroom, and balcony were awesome! Love being so close to the ground floor so that we could just walk down a few stairs and right on to the beach. The location also allowed us to walk for most of our dining and shopping. Jane was great about getting back with me on questions I had.

We absolutely loved the condo! It was so close to the beach and also had a great pool! The condo was very clean and furnished with everything you would need! We would definitely stay here again!
