Within the main lake view apartment, a beautiful open-plan living space with terrace access sets the scene for effortless entertaining. A sofa and flat-screen TV feature alongside a stylish Kitchen Diner equipped with an eye-level oven, a cooker hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The private lake view terrace is bathed in all-day sun and enjoys far-reaching views across the lake to the charming resort towns of Varenna and the picturesque peninsula of Bellagio. Guests can enjoy sunbathing out there, as well as sitting with a good book and enjoying a scenic dining experience at the alfresco dining set provided.
Within the principal lake view apartment, a beautiful Master bedroom awaits. The stylish air-conditioned room provides a romantic haven of tranquillity and features a Double bed with a flat-screen TV and access out onto the lake view terrace. The couple-friendly room is also equipped with a modern fitted full shower room.
Just across the hallway, the welcome overflow accommodation awaits, in the form of a second apartment with 2 chic air-conditioned bedrooms and a family shower room. Amazing view and balcony had canvas awning that allowed us to enjoy early morning breakfast as well as evening pizza dinners (Restaurant-Pizzeria Lugano) and wine (Conad City - Supermarket), note there are no cushions for chase lounge chairs. Bedrooms ( back/street and lake side) are extremely basic, and not remodel like the new kitchen. Washing machine w/ drying rack and dishwasher - though there were no initial supplies so the agent brought some too us. Toilet seat was broken in lake side apartment, fixed within a day. Nice welcome box provided (though one wine glass was dirty). Beach access was nice, but bring your own towels. Walkable town for coffee, sandwiches, market, and ferry. Overall we enjoyed a relaxing stay and enjoyed the sun rise and set.

Pros- Truly beautiful view of the lake from the main apartment, 2-3min walk to ferry and town center. We were able to check in an hour early and store luggage in the main office next door. Air-conditioning works. Good value for price for a Lake Como summer. Cons- No wifi in rooms across the hall (and when brought up to property owner they stated “it normally works” and did not help further). Broken bed in twin room, thin sheets, thin scratchy towels and charge 5Euros per additional towel set.Notes- it’s actually 2 apartments with 3 rooms. Multiple bugs and mosquitoes but not necessarily property’s fault.

The rental was perfect! We loved the location and the view. Everything we needed was provided. The ferry is super close and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Having a washer was super helpful. The air condition was great in this unit!

The view from the terrace and the private beach were the highlights of this accomodation.However there were disappointing features. The photos on the website did not accurately reflect the interior, the fittings in the bathrooms and bedroom were of poor quality, crockery and cutlery were barely adequate for a family of 6. Most disappointing was the fact that although we were advised that a passageway connected two of the bedrooms, we were unaware that this passageway also led to the apartment of a permanent resident who insisted that doors were closed at all times and who scrutinised our movements. This situation would not suit a family with young children.
