Please replace your fridge, television and air conditioner so people will have avery comfortable stay and most of all fi

The property was very close to everything

The sad and upsetting experience that my elderly in laws and a couple of their old friends had to go through who booked for 10 nights stay from Dec 2-12, 2025 at this property. . I found this place for them and my initial thought was the price was very reasonable, the house looked nice as shown on the photos and the location of the property being near the city centre . But everything turned sour when my in laws advised us that the fridge does not cool at all as the ice cream melts, the television only has one channel working and the air conditioning does not work at all as just blowing hot air. Two people came when the issues were called in but none of these issues were resolved. My husband spoke with the receptionist Meagan who was very grumpy and had no customer service skills at all. Instead of staying 10 nights my in laws decided to leave the property after staying the gruelling 5 nights and decided to go back home in the real and true comforts of their own homes. The 10 nights stay they thought would be of a relaxing and fun holiday turned out to be a disastrous one. My husband called Meagan to advise that my in laws left the property as they felt none of their pleas were listened to and could no longer stay in that unacceptable condition. Instead of Meagan offering an apology she turned around and said to my husband that my in laws should not be travelling on their own. How insensitive and nasty to say that to elderly customers and not even offer some consolation like “ I am very sorry to hear that has happened to your parents”. My husband was not asking for some sort of refund but merely giving a review of the stay my in laws had and their friends so no other future holiday makers will have to go through this terrible experience. Very disappointing and will definitely read reviews of the property next time before I book one not just based on on the pictures shown as pictures alone can be very truly deceiving.

We had 4 adults and 2 small children and the accommodation was very suitable.

Clean & comfortable. Walking distance to main shops & beach. It was a bonus having 2 toilets.

All was good.
