Its clean and the staff allow us to check in 1 hour esrlier for free. Location have food shops and convience store nearby.
The bed is so low and very unconfortable for those who have knee problem. Bed dont havr motion islolation so it disturbs your sleeps when others moves.

Great staff, and a clean room. I appreciate the bathrooms that have a shower separator. Decent location with lots of food options within walking distance.
I didn't have cash at hand for a deposit (I wasn't told during my booking). The nearest ATM requires a taxi ride, albeit a short one. It would be helpful if it was mentioned during the booking process to keep 100RM in hand.

Very clean and tidy
No jug kettle inside the room..Difficult for me to go out fill the hot water at dispenser when to make a milk for my son.
And got some sound like piping on top of ceiling "kreeekkk kreekkkkk"..disturb our sleep when the middle of the night the sound very loud.

The hotel location is great, with many food courts nearby, especially for breakfast, including plenty of non-halal options. There are also plenty of general parking spaces nearby, and the area is not too busy, making it convenient for guests travelling by car.
The lifts operate well, and there is usually no need to wait for a long time. The hotel decoration is also very nice, with an attractive and welcoming entrance that gives the hotel a good first impression.
The air conditioning was not working very well. The room was still quite warm even when the air conditioner was running at full blast for a long time, and sometimes it made me sweat. This was probably the biggest downside of the stay.
The switches were also not working properly, although they were still usable. Some of them, especially the ones near the bed, needed a bit of extra force to work.
The room itself was quite small, but overall it was still okay and comfortable enough for a short stay.
