Excellent location.
Very friendly staff.
Those door code provided by booking.com did not work when we arrived, but the owners were easily reached and a proper code was given.
That the door code provided by booking.com didn't work. But the issue was easily resolved.

The hosts, Carol and Scott, were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was flexible and easy. Breakfast was great and you could choose from a menu of options every night - both the pancakes and omelettes were delicious. No complaints about the room. Very quiet and intimate setting with only two guest rooms in the Inn. Awesome location nestled into downtown Kingsville with all the restaurants in walking distance.

Breakfast was ok.
Fresh fruit was served in a small cup but was partially frozen. The sausages were dry and warm, not freshly cooked.
