The place was very clean and the extra blankets were nice. Next time I'm back would love to rent the same space or a different cabin from yall.

Great stay! Just need some more pans and a griddle. The trash situation is strange they did waive the 50.00 dollar fee we did not know were to dispose of our trash.

Me and my kids had a fantastic time. I highly recommend that you get a firewood bundle package. It is definitely worth it because the cold nights with the fireplace going was unbelievable. We will definitely be back.

Hi,
We enjoyed our stay however I was disappointing that the upstairs bathroom had no soap. I had to search the house and finally found one hand soap that was 1/4 full. Furthermore, the lock on the upstairs bathroom was broken. I think you could make future guests stay more enjoyable by having fully stocked soaps in both bathrooms and larger shampoo and conditioners. Also, we very much disliked having to put disgusting trash in our car for a 15 minute drive to your cool cabin facility to drop off our trash. I understand it's a Big Bear rule not your own but I know with a little creativity and problem solving you guys could come up with something to where you guests don't have to be inconvenienced. Perhaps the house cleaners could transport? Just a bit of feedback as to why the rate was not 5 star. Thank you!
