I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage at the owners’ restaurant near the port while waiting for check-in. The journey to the property was quite a workout, hahaha! You have to climb from the port up to the citadel along steep streets, stairs, and crowds of tourists. Then there are more very narrow stairs – mentioned in the listing – to reach the apartment, which are even a tourist attraction themselves! Luckily, a staff member was cleaning the apartment when I left and kindly offered to carry my luggage downstairs.
After the initial shock came the reward! Located in a historic building, the room was surprisingly renovated, very comfortable, and had an incredible view of the sea and port! It has a TV, mini-fridge, and safe.
The bathroom is shared with only one other room, and the shower is excellent, there’s even a radio installed on the wall, which is a fun touch!
Everything was comfortable and clean, and the Wi-Fi worked really well.
Staying in a historic building that has been beautifully renovated inside, with such an unforgettable view, was a truly special experience!

Location is great, in the middle of the historic city centre. Bedroom and bathroom are small but well equipped and comfy. Access is easy using a code for the key box.
The stairs have been mentioned by others. They are very steep and narrow. Not suitable for anyone frail or unsteady.

Location was ideal and the rooms were clean
The instructions were incredibly long and difficult to decipher. It would have been easier to receive instructions for only your assigned room but instead we received it for all the rooms.
Some one also tried to aggressively open our bedroom door - we brought it up to the host who didn’t really acknowledge it. It did make the stay uncomfortable. Also we’re not allowed to eat on the property - although there’s a fully equipped kitchen. We had food we wanted to warm up for dinner but we’re not allowed to use the kitchen or eat in the space. It was bizarre. If you’re leaving from the port be mindful of steep stairs (in addition to the stairs at the bnb)
Wifi only works in common area
Overall it wasn’t a welcoming accommodation- stay only for location- don’t expect anything else
