We enjoyed our stay at Ness by the Ocean overall. The hotel looks lovely, both inside and out, although the atmosphere sometimes feels a little empty and could use more warmth and personality.
The bar staff were friendly, the food and drink selection was good, and the tapas were amazing! Housekeeping also deserves special recognition for doing an excellent job throughout our stay.
The main area for improvement is the hospitality from the rest of the team. Staff often seemed bothered when we asked for assistance, which made us feel uncomfortable asking for help. A more welcoming and attentive approach would make a big difference to the overall experience.

"The rooms were very spacious, we had a big fridge, covers in the room, we had an issue with the wifi and the staff fixed in under an hour.
The swimming pool was great, the location is ideal."
