Lovely boutique hotel, both welcoming and comfortable, with excellent food (breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte) and perfect service. Working in the wine trade, I especially enjoyed the possibility to get to know the local wines from Domaine Raison, available for tasting (free-of-charge) from 5 pm.

Good selection and nicely displayed. The milk tasting was very clever and fun. Staff was conscious of window brightness and adjusted the blinds automatically.
Nothing, it was all very nice 😊
I don't have anything that was not satisfactory

Everything was excellent; I got to see Mount Tokachi from my room
Nothing to dislike from the hotel

Amazing service from the staff particularly Front Desk, War-San and the Manager, Kawamura-San.
It was my birthday when we checked in. Both helped my wife arrange for a surprise birthday celebration for me.
Thank you !
The room gets really bright in the early morning.
Maybe adding some room darkening curtains will help.
