This two-bedroom apartment, located in an 18th-century building, is situated in the heart of Rome’s historic center and has been recently renovated by a renowned Italian architect. The apartment is laid out as follows:

The apartment has been furnished in a contemporary style; while reflecting the latest trends in interior design, it has retained its original architectural features. Various amenities are provided to ensure the enjoyment and comfort of its guests.

The dining area, illuminated by a Swarovski chandelier, features an antique wooden cabinet converted into a fully stocked bar. The adjacent living room, which features original stucco ceilings, has an L-shaped sofa bed and a dining area that can seat up to six. A 42-inch Samsung Full HD LED TV with 42 international channels and a Nintendo Wii is available; it’s also useful for watching DVDs, and Wii games are also available. A selection of DVDs featuring movies in their original languages is provided. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the apartment. The living room, as well as one of the master bedrooms, opens directly onto Via Francesco Crispi. However, despite being in the middle of a very busy and heavily trafficked area, the apartment is soundproofed by double-paned windows.

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances that allow for the preparation of full meals and/or heating. In addition to a gas stovetop, the apartment is equipped with an electric oven, a refrigerator with a small ice maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric mixer. The large French windows leading to the small terrace keep the kitchen very bright at all times of the day.

The bathroom features an electric ventilation window, a spacious shower with an LED showerhead, a washing machine, and a bidet. All towels and bathrobes are 100% cotton. Shower gel and other toiletries are provided free of charge.
The “Roman Safari” master bedroom features a 32-inch LED TV, air conditioning powerful enough to cool the entire apartment, a spacious closet, and a desk that serves as both a workspace and a dressing area. The room is located at the back of the apartment and opens directly onto a small terrace. The “Romantic Gray” bedroom is elegantly furnished and features an original 18th-century stone fireplace. This room can be configured with a double bed or two single beds, depending on your needs. The bedding is made of high-quality 100% Egyptian cotton. Both rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.

The terrace—a rarity in buildings of that era—is perfect in the summer for breakfast, lunch, and evening cocktails. The table seats up to six people and is easily served from the adjacent kitchen. An original fountain-like feature is an additional highlight of the terrace, providing watering and washing facilities for plants. Seasonal, aromatic Mediterranean herbs are available to add a special touch to your cooking.

A bottle of sparkling wine, typical of Italian tradition, will be provided to celebrate your arrival, along with other non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers.



Area The Plaza de España Apartment is ideally located in the heart of Rome, situated between the Plaza de España (Piazza di Spagna) and the Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi), both a 5-minute walk away. The nearest metro station is Piazza Barberini, which is about 300 meters from the apartment. Alternatively, the Spagna station is about 400 meters from the apartment. There is also a parking lot called Ludovisi, perfect for those renting a car. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The U.S. Embassy is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Via Francesco Crispi is a lively street full of cafes, restaurants, and trendy shops. The Rome Gallery of Modern Art, a former 16th-century monastery, is on the same street. In addition, one of the Gagosian galleries (New York, Beverly Hills, London, Paris) features temporary exhibitions of contemporary art.
Via Veneto, famous for Fellini’s *La Dolce Vita*, is about 500 meters from the apartment and offers many luxury shops, hotels, and restaurants.
Piazza del Popolo is just 1 km away, and one of the main entrances to Villa Borghese Park is 300 meters away.
