we booked with Booking. Were told at checkin that we didn't have a reservation. We did, they got the name wrong? Did breakfast the first morning. Did a 1 night extended stay. Was told the 2nd morning we weren't entitled to breakfast. Weird.

It was in a good area. Around a lot of things and places to eat.
Things were broken, it seemed very run down and it had a weird smell in the room.

Comfort of the bed and pillows. Housekeeper was pleasant and attentive.
Room was somewhat clean, found toenails on the floor that definitely wasn't ours. The couch pillow was ripped and pull out bed was stained on almost every corner , its was red stains, so we definitely did not use it.
Mini fridge was dirty and the freezer compartment as well.
