I didn't try the breakfast.
We ran out of potable water and cooking gas; the gas arrived a day later, but the water never came.

This hostel is in a lovely location overlooking the beach, and has a lovely courtyard that's a great place to hang out with the other guests, read a book and have a drink.
The facilities are quite dated all around, but my main gripe was that the AC unit for my room couldn't quite keep up with the heat. In the process of trying very hard to keep up the AC would rattle the room to the point where sleeping, even with earplugs, wasn't very easy, causing me to check out early.
