Easy stay for a few days with family. The check in process was easy and the host was very communicative via Whatsapp. It is self check and while there isn't a person onsite most times, they are very responsive by Whatsapp and handled all our needs right away. The lobby is a nice area and the property is located at the end of a quiet alley but with restaurants, the market and cafes nearby. Everything else was a short grab away.
The room was large enough and while it could use some paint update and struggles with moisture because of the area - it was perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Da Lat was one of our favorite stops in Vietnam.
There's a slight damp smell but it's the mountain area and no AC so it's not their fault though it could use remedy. It want overpowering and we enjoyed the relaxed, quiet stay. I would recommend.

-location
-spacious rooms
-could feel every spring in the mattress poking through.
-The owner is only around in the morning from 9-11am, if you need anything in between, it takes hours to get a reaction.
We had 1 room where the tv went on by itself, on max volume… even though 3 people sent her messages, the response came 4 hours later. That meant that 3 rooms couldn’t sleep till 2.30 am. We didn’t get a real apologie.
First experience of renting a scooter for a day, where you had to hand back the key at midnight?!
Because she didn’t told me, she just took the bike in the morning with her spare key…
