A smart airport hotel. Helpful, friendly staff and an excellent room.

Nothing.

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Very quiet- no noise from road, corridors, aeroplanes. Great soundproofing. Good location, close to the motorway. Booked for a wedding in Offley.

Breakfast buffet ran out quickly- not enough staff to keep up with demand. Lots of choices, just needed more staff to cook and keep everything topped up.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Very modern, lovely rooms and public areas. Food and drink in the bar & restaurant was lovely as was the staff service. Good nights sleep before an early flight.

Used for an overnight airport stay, tricky walk from airport terminal to hotel several busy roads to cross with large cases and steep hills maybe a wee shuttle bus for guests would be an idea? Frosted glass doors on the bathroom in the bedroom looks very stylish but when you visit the bathroom in the middle of the night and the whole bedroom is illuminated waking everyone up it’s not ideal, solid door would be better.

Reception, bar and staff.

Ithe location was in the middle of a housing estate with very little else nearby
