Zona centralissima, check-in senza problemi, personale gentile, comodo per la metro e per la stazione
Un po’ rumoroso per il traffico di auto, metro, tram, ma inevitabile vista la posizione

Wonderful location in Monti near Roma Termini - very safe and walkable for this mom and teen daughter. We requested and was granted an earlier check-in because we were transferring hotels from the Vatican City area that morning. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
The bathroom was musty. Needed a stronger smelling cleaning product and more ventilation.

The location was perfect, near the metro, many buses, Colosseum and Fountain of Trevi and many other sightseeing within short walking distance.
The apartment located in the first floor without elevator, one big bed and another smaller one, large bathroom, small fridge and coffee maker, all as expected and as described in the description and photos.
Reaching the apartment was easy and the exchanges with the manager were easy and straighforward, including a really late checkin and flexible checkout.
The only small complain is that the bed was too firm (for my taste) and the noise isolation from the other rooms and corridor could be better (I couldn't here any noise from street though).

It was clean
Self check in is not good organized in case if you have a late check in and do not have access to internet.
