Great place

Nice large villa 2 min away from beach

Higher shelves could use some cleaning and one bed had 2 mattress toppers instead of proper mattress

Worst trip I’ve ever had! Avoid this place at all costs!

Close to the beach is the only positive about this villa - Avoid at all cost!

Where do I start? Everything! If I could give this place a 0 or minus score I would do instantly - we paid £2688.85 for our stay and wish I could claim every penny back! Avoid! 1 - There is a smell throughout the villa that is not the drains but a foul pungent ‘old’ type smell that is particularly disgusting in the double bedroom that has doors out to the pool 2 - Location is good near to the beach but that is the only positive. There are boy racers racing cars up and down the road adjacent and in front of the villa till the early hours of the morning, few nights it didn’t stop till 4am! There is noise from the party boat that is throughout the day till gone midnight. You also have planes constantly so rest here is impossible 3 - The villa is dirty, showers leaking and bit draining 4 - Beds very uncomfortable 5 - we had 1 clean during our 10 day stay - not acceptable - I had to go to the kiosk and buy cleaning products for the kitchen/bathrooms/living spaces - I also bought detergent and softener to wash the towels 6 - The seating outside is all bolted down with shutters but even if they had have been opened the area was disgustingly dirty with bird nests and cobwebs everywhere 7 - Tv didn’t work so had to go out and buy an Ethernet cable 8 - there is only 1 key so when you go out everything turns off including the fridge freezer!!! 9 - I had discussed a late check out before we travelled only to be told the day before our departure this was no longer available - apparently the plumber was coming to fix the leaking showers and when I told them that the plumber had said it would need at least 24 hours to set they replied 4 hours would be enough for the sealant to set 10 - The villa could be lovely but needs fully renovating for the price they are charging - the pillows on the beds were stained and should have been placed in the bin years ago!

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely villa

Nice and spacious villa, with all amenities just across the Municipal beach in Paphos. A large pool was a great bonus for the hot days.

No restaurants or shops in the neighborhood

Our best choice to stay here

Calm and nice location. There was very comfortable with kids. The pool is really great. Villa has everything for a long-term stay. It was our best choice.

Przepiekny widok z tarasu na dachu na morze. Plaża po drugiej stronie ulicy. Blisko przystanek autobusowy choć do centrum miasta daleko.
