Very nice room on the beach. The washer and dryer in the unit sale this place for us. A week on the beach and you need to do laundry. The place is very nice and we take advantage of the chairs and beach service with them getting our food while in the beach. Less to worry about. It’s all on what you want to spend on. The chairs are a little pricey but are worth it to us. The food service is not bad price wise with what we get and very worth it. The room could use a little update as the couch cushions are very wore out and the chairs have lost all its cushion I guess you could say and are very tough. But would recommend this room for sure as it is cleaned good and host is very informative and keeps you updated on the room.

Our stay in the property was great and well maintained! Loved all the Blue colors!! Great ocean view and close to the beach. The bedroom/ living quarters were very clean. The food in the Café was yummy too! The only thing we would give a thumbs down on (out of hosts control) was when someone pulled the fire alarm late one night and we had to go down 16 flight of stairs. The resort could not get the elevator’s working after the building was cleared and we had to walk back up 16 flight of stairs.

We loved the facilities. I think the condo needs a good deep clean. It did not look "newly" remodel. We did have a great time, tho.
