This home beyond met our expectations! Only a few steps to the pool and a few extra steps to the ocean was perfect for our family! The home is older but kept up well! We felt right at home. It was spacious and comfortable. Having children ranging from 6-18, all of them enjoyed the pool and ocean views. The parents loved the easy access to the pool and the ocean. The patio both downstairs and upstairs (master bedroom) had a perfect view of the ocean which made our ocean view family breakfasts one our favorite memories! Everything was well stocked, many towels, extra linens, adequate toilet paper and hand soaps! Beds and bedding were all very comfortable. We enjoyed everything about tour stay, there were no issues and the communication prior to check in was fantastic! Paradise Villas is our families new favorite location. (We have stayed in many areas of Rocky Point over the years)

Love this remote property and the amenities on site. This is an older property that allows for a more intimate experience than the new highrises. The management company was really friendly and tried to address any concerns or issues that arose during our stsy. The unit itself is pretty shabby. Appliances need replacing. Kitchen and baths need ti be remodeled. The entires unit foes have new tile flooring. But the rest of the interior is dated and worn. There was no hot water for bathing or washing dishes. The management did try to rectify yhis, but it was not successful. Would love to stay in this complex again, but not in yhis unit unless/until it is remodeled.
