Hotel is conveniently located near to Chennai Egmore Railway Station, within 02 kms.
I booked the hotel online, on the same day of checkin. I called the hotel immediately and they received the booking instantly.
The hotel was well maintained.
Located nearby eateries, restaurants, cafes and local market.
The room was decent, bed was medium size.
Room had a table, chair, mirror and cupboard.
Washroom was comfortable size and well maintained.
The only benefit was that the room was value for money in our budget.
I checked in at the hotel around 1600 HRS.
The room was not ready by then.
We were made to wait in order to use the room.
Even though the staff cleaned the room in a jiffy, they didnot sweep the floor, leaving mud and dust which was irritating.
The washroom door was swollen because of dampness and couldn't close properly.
We requested the hotel manager to provide us drinking water in the room. There were 04 staff members near him, however we couldn't get water.
We waited for over two hours and then had to call the reception and remind them.
Prompt Service was lacking.
The manager seemed disinterested in making customer's satisfied.
