About this house rental
A quiet waterfront property less than 90 minutes from Phoenix, R Payson Place is where to go to cool down and get away from it all. Even though our place is only 5 minutes from Payson & 15 minutes to Pine, you'll feel a world away. Spend mornings walking along the E Verde River and evenings watching the wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck.
Easy to get to, yet a world apart, there is something for everyone at our place. There's also a fenced yard for approved pets.
The house has most everything you might need to feel at home. For the early morning coffee on the back deck, we have both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. There is a gas grill for burgers in the evening. The master bedroom has a King bed for a comfortable night's sleep with the windows open while the other two bedrooms offer Queens. For those rare rainy days, we offer DirecTV both upstairs and down. And to keep your friends and family up-to-date through Facebook or Instagram, we have high-speed internet. Everything else available is what you would expect in a house: towels, linens, dishes, washer & dryer, etc.
R Payson Place is located in a quiet neighborhood situated on the E Verde River. There is a beautiful and serene trail that runs through the subdivision.

Everything about the property was great. The only negative is that the house is in a canyon and you do not have a cell phone signal. They have internet and you can make calls through that. Very clean, very reasonable for the price. Had a great time!

We've stayed at many places on the East Verde River, and this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. It is extremely spacious, well equipped, clean and the most relaxing setting you can imagine. It is nestled at the base of the canyon, overlooking the river with the most beautiful birds, elk and other wildlife.. Our family enjoyed spending all of our time outdoors, hiking down on the river and beautiful paths and sitting on the beautiful deck both days and evening. We never turned the TV on our whole trip. Thanks for the wonderful vacation and we'll see you again soon.Patti, Larry, Joey and Jordan
