We had an amazing stay at Domus Hyblea Resort. We were in Sicily for a friend's wedding and chose this hotel for its proximity to the venue and its closeness to the town of Palazzolo Acreide.
When we arrived, we were so grateful to find that Cinzia had stocked the fridge in our apartment with wine, cheese and cured meats. Throughout our stay, Cinzia and her team made sure every one of our needs was met. We travelled with our young baby, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. They helped arrange transport for our day trips, which was easy to organise directly with Cinzia, and she even took us into town one day so we could explore the shops and local restaurants.
Dinners each night were lovely, feeling home-cooked and tasting incredible. The chef always made an effort to ensure there was something suitable for our young daughter too. Breakfast was also great, with plenty of options.
One thing I'd do differently is rent a car, as we didn't have one. That said, Cinzia and her team did their very best to accommodate us and made us feel truly welcome. Cinzia is extremely approachable and took the time to understand what we needed.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a personable experience in a beautiful part of Sicily. My one piece of advice would be to hire a car, but apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The privacy and surroundings were top notch. It felt peaceful, secluded and very charming with olive, orange trees surrounding the territory, and bunnies, cats and pigs living peacefully among us ❤️
Everything was great and there is nothing that could impact a good vacation. Just visitors who want to cook on site, should bring their own dish washing supplies (sponge, liquid, paper towels).

Beautiful resort with stunning views of Sicily. Every night we would spot wild bunnies hopping around happily!
All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Especially Cinzia, she went above and beyond for us during our stay. She was so kind to my toddler and always greeted us with a smile. No request was too much for her. And she accommodated us when we had to return last minute due to a flight cancellation following Mount Etna’s eruption activity.
Breakfast was delicious with great variety and fresh eggs cooked to your liking. I have coeliac disease and was catered for very well (gluten free soft, warm bread rolls and filled croissants).
Gorgeous, large swimming pool. It is a little bit of a walk away from some apartments, but we didn’t mind, even with our toddler/the buggy. It’s a beautiful walk!
Spacious rooms with great kitchen facilities. They were cleaned every day by the kind maids and the fridges were restocked with water, given more toilet paper etc.
It’s a great location right on the edge of nearby town Palazzolo Acreide. Shops like Eurospin and Coop are less than a 5 min drive or 20 min walk away.
The restaurant was fantastic for dinner too. The steak with tomatoes and rocket was divine, as well as the carbonara-style pastas. They also do pizzas on a Saturday night. The chef was very friendly and came out to serve us some nights and say hello.
Overall, a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It feels like a little paradise surrounded by authentic Mediterranean nature. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and warm hospitality made it truly magical. We only stayed for one night, but we genuinely wished we could have stayed much longer. It was one of the highlights of our trip through Sicily
