About this cottage rental

Perfect beach cottage, steps from Wilson's Grove association beach. Pete & I love having our AM coffee on the sunny front deck, then after a nice day at the beach - we retreat to the shaded, private fenced in backyard. Enjoy the outdoor shower. Celebrate the day. Walk to Popponessett Inn and New Seabury Country Club or take a leisurely stroll to Popponsett Marketplace and Raw Bar with live bands performing weekly Thursdays thru the weekend. Short drive to Mashpee Commons with tons of shopping and restaurants and a 3-minute walk to the community playground. Wonderful location for walking, biking, or just a great day at the beach. No pets and nonsmokers only.

We had a fabulous time...in spite of hurricane Erin. The cottage location just steps to the beach was perfect. It felt 'centrally located' to explore surrounding towns too...

Cottage in beautiful location steps to beach and a short walk to Marketplace with shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful stay. Beach was amazing with warm water and plenty of space. The home was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were friendly, responsive and respectful.

The house is super cute, the kitchen had almost anything you could need (except a dishwasher) it’s small … the neighbors are friendly. It’s a very short stroll to get your toes in the sand. We lived our home there.

Cottage was perfect for 2 people. The backyard deck was cool for eating dinner. Great little beach at the end of the street that was not crowded at all. Would definitely stay again 😀
