Caravan and the park was lovely and clean, comfortable, and a load of space for us all. The staff at the park all outstanding and very helpful to fixing an issue that was solved the next morning after we arrived late and then ringing to see how everything else was okay.
Sarah and Mehrez (not sure how to spell his name) but my good they made us feel so welcome as a family, Ruby loved her new bestfriend and also the food was incredible, we fell in love with it we’ll be back next year for sure

Caravan was spotless and very spacious
Boiler was outside so didn’t know how to turn the heating on as no instructions were given - had to call reception who sent out a maintenance man who was very grumpy and seemed annoyed I didn’t know what to do

Everything! The location is superb. The site well maintained, clean and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is nothing I didn't like.

The location is fab, not too far from anything. We were right next to the swimming pool and restaurant.
Food was ok.
Sadly the accommodation was not clean. Someone else’s underwear and socks left. Old bottle tops and dust and wrappers on the seats. The beds were atrocious, wonky legs and so uncomfortable. And the bathroom needed a good clean!!!
The staff were pleasant. Prices seemed to change depending who was serving you.
There was a restricted menu presented, though we noticed other people getting different food and when we asked they advised there was other food available which was disappointing not to have been informed earlier in our stay.
